Our main focus is in the development of software applications for use in chronic disease management by health care service providers.

Chronic Disease Management (CDM)

Our main focus is the development of the Chronic Disease Management software, a set of web-based desktop programs designed for health care service providers. This application collects, manages, and presents data for chronic disease patients. Our current version of the CDM application supports chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Heart diseases, and COPD.

Our Users

Our product is used by doctors, specialists, and medical groups for setting patient appointments, collaboration with GP doctors, and insurance reports coordination, respectively. Currently, the CDM application is designed for and only available in The Netherlands. An upcomping version of our CDM application will include patients themselves, allowing them to access their medical data and communicate with their doctors to actively do their par t in caring for their health.

Software as a Service

The CDM software is a hosted application service that offers customers easier administration, automatic updates and patch management, software version compatibility, quick collaboration, global accessibility. In addition to these our product allows for great cost-savings without compromising medical data security.

Our Technology

As a technology company, we seek to use the best with what is available now, and what will offer a long-term benefit to us. We love open source technologies, as we believe in open and transparent code accountability. In developing our software, we use technologies such as Linux, mySQL, Ruby on Rails, and Prototype, as well as our in-house tools that we ourselves build.
